Skating & Music

Skaters listen to all types of music. Just like everyone else, skaters like all types of music from rap to classical. Music has everything to do with skateboarding and every skater has his or her favorite songs and bands that help get them stoked to try new tricks and stay in the mood to skateboard. For performance standards, the music for competition must not have vocals and must be a set length. For exhibition purposes, one can skate to any music that they choose. The following is a list of favorite bands to listen to which were pulled from the "Skateboarding Forum."
